<p>The re-allocating of personal sponsorship monies to the back-end of the generational pay bonuses will turn out to be good for every Mandura ibo whether they only build a small Mandura business or a very large one.</p>
<p><span>This Mandura compenstion plan change is a big plus because you are going to  earn more on the very same Mandura ibo&#8217;s than before the compensation plan  change.There will always be more distributors lower down in your organization  then on your front line. Why not get paid more for playing a lesser part in the  growth of your business right? </span></p>
<p><span>The second change to thee Mandura compensation plan I want to cover is the  change they made for volume requirements. Mandura has made it easier to qualify  to earn more money on nothing more than continuing to place the same monthly  qualifying order. </span></p>
<p><span>A one bottle order now qualifies you for two levels of generational pay  instead of just one. Eligible levels of generational volume for two bottle  orders has also doubled. A two bottle order now qualifies you for four levels of  generational pay instead of two. </span></p>
<p><span>This is a significant change and only time will tell if it affects Mandura&#8217;s  monthly volume figures. Ibo&#8217;s will not need to purchase more product early in  the building of their Mandura business to qualify for more generational pay  which is good for the new ibo. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>The Mandura compensation plan recently had a few changes made to it. A couple of the changes will have an effect immediately and one change made will have a very good effect on serious Mandura business builders.</strong></p>

<p>Mandura, as most new companies seem to do in this day and age of network marketing made a few changes to the compensation plan. I cannot call any of them a negative although one does have an immediate negative effect on ibo&#8217;s checks at the very beginning of building the Mandura business. Let&#8217;s start with the apparent negative change Mandura made to the compensation plan:</p>
<p><strong>Reducing the payout by fifty percent on all personally enrolled ibo&#8217;s. </strong></p>
<p>That sounds pretty bad right? Mandura was paying between 15-20% of each personally enrolled ibo&#8217;s monthly product order. Now it is half that amount. They also reduced the generational payout by half as well down four generations. Keep in mind this is at the very early stages of building your Mandura business so there will not be thousands of dollars lost.</p>
<p>What Mandura did to off-set this reduction was to increase the amount the compensation plan pays out on the remaining four generations where the bulk of your business will come from.</p>
<p>Yes, it hurts a little in the beginning but the trade off is you will make more as your Mandura business grows. There will be many more ibo&#8217;s in your 5th thru 8th generations so why not get paid more for building a solid business right?</p>
<p>A few more people may drop out due to this change in Mandura&#8217;s compensation plan but those who choose to move forward will be glad they did due to the increased residual income at the lower levels which are very reachable and not just for the super recruiter.</p>
<p>I like the change and I think many other serious Mandura business builders will as well. I will cover more changes in the compensation plan in another post.</p>

<p>Being a new company almost every promotional method will work to some degree. But the key to growing a long lasting  Mandura business is to focus on getting your business in front of the right people from the start.</p>
<p>Who are the right people you should be focusing on?</p>
<p>Other network marketers. You have probably heard it before but repeating it again can only help. Network marketers already believe in the business model and understand how it works for the most part. They understand the power of residual wealth comes from building a large distribution channel of distributors.</p>
<p>Leading with how great or unique your product is really does very little in building a long lasting business. Leading with the product doesn&#8217;t answer the question for the network marketer-what&#8217;s in it for me?</p>
<p>Having a good product is important and Mandura&#8217;s product is a good one. But do you think people are going to line up to join your Mandura business because of all the potent nutrients in the Mandura product?</p>
<p>NO!</p>
<p>If you want to do well in your Mandura business don&#8217;t  focus on targeting product users. A new functional health beverage is really nothing new in the network marketing industry.</p>
<p>But a new business opportunity is something to tell people about and bring attention to. There seems to be a new opportunity launching every other week so you will need to have methods available so you can stick out from the rest of the crowd in order to get the attention of other networkers.</p>
<p><strong>You need to find a team that specializes</strong> in little used marketing methods that have been proven to work and not do what everybody else is doing to promote Mandura, or any other business for that matter.</p>
<p>So in wrapping it up, look for other network marketers and promote what&#8217;s most important to them &#8211; <a href="http://mandurareview.org/mandura-compensation-plan-mandura-mymandura"><strong>the compensation plan</strong></a>. It&#8217;s their &#8216;what&#8217;s in it for me&#8217;. You will have much better results in your Mandura business.</p>

<p>Mandura definitely has the ear of the internet network marketing community. As I stated in the last paragraph the Mandura compensation plan has fueled that excitement due to the single lined forced matrix. Not only has this fueled Mandura&#8217;s growth but it will also help sustain that growth due to the team building power of this compensation model.</p>
<p>Mandura is currently operating only in the United States. That is soon to change. The CEO has stated Mandura is looking into setting up distribution channels in other countries. This will only lead to additional opportunities for your Mandura business due to the internet being a powerful tool to reach out to this global economy from the comfort of your own home.</p>
<p>Expanding into other countries also shows the company has a long term vision and is not willing to just sit back and enjoy the ride. Always moving forward. That&#8217;s a key sign in predicting a companies chances of success or failure.</p>
<p>Mandura will be the hot company for the next six months to a year due to the Mandura compensation plan and low cost entry level into the business even with other new competitors entering the health juice market in what seems like every week or two.</p>
<p>So don&#8217;t spend all your time researching this one to death and looking for reasons not to get involved. Mandura has long term plans in place and is also enjoying fast growth in the meantime. Every day you put off getting involved  is another 500-700 distributors not contributing to your bonus volume.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>You know the Mandura compensation plan is starting to make an impact around the online network marketing community when you start to see  negative reviews by  so called &#8220;mlm experts&#8221;.</strong></p>
<p>These negative Mandura reviews are really nothing more than a recruiting pitch for their current mlm company. They all start out with the exact same reasons every other &#8220;mlm expert&#8221;  uses. Stating them as fact and then finishing with why their company was better than mine and I should join with them.</p>
<p>I received one of these expert reviews a few days ago in my Mandura  inbox. It was clear very quickly in this &#8220;review&#8221; that he took his talking points from another &#8220;expert&#8221;. I realize he needed some filler for his recruiting pitch in the review but I would think an expert would at least take the time to see if the points made were correct.</p>
<p>The points he makes in his Mandura review are  partially correct. They contain some truth but do not apply to Mandura. It&#8217;s not completely his fault because their has been some misconceptions  online about the <a href="http://www.prlog.org/10318972-online-confusion-over-mandura-compensation-plan.html">Mandura compensation plan</a> .</p>
<p>One of the incorrect points  these reviews make   that clearly illustrate they aren&#8217;t reading the compensation plan but just taking a single word and using it to justify their position. That word &#8220;is matrix&#8221;.</p>
<p>The Mandura single line forced matrix is just that. A single line and everyone is forced to go in that line after the last person who joined the company. There is no additional matrix to fill. The single line forced matrix helps you to qualify for the various bonus pools in Mandura, that&#8217;s it.</p>
<p>Every distributor actually is building  a uni- level inside of the single line forced matrix and that&#8217;s the part of the plan they miss. There are many successful uni-levels in the industry today which nobody can dispute.</p>
<p>Is Mandura a perfect company? Of course not. No company is. But hopefully this will help to put an end to this misconception about the <a href="http://www.prlog.org/10318972-online-confusion-over-mandura-compensation-plan.html">Mandura compensation plan</a>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>I just got off the phone a little while ago with a potential Mandura business partner. During our discussion it became quite clear he had done his research on Mandura. </strong></p>
<p>This is what you would call a serious prospect. He wasn&#8217;t asking what Mandura was,how the compensation plan worked,or any of the basic questions someone would ask if they had just stumbled across the site and were just curious.</p>
<p>These questions were more about what kind of training we offered, how were we marketing the Mandura business, specific <a href="http://mandurareview.org/mandura-compensation-plan-mandura-mymandura">Mandura compensation plan questions</a> . He was clearly shopping for a sponsor in Mandura and wanted to find out if our team was going to be a good fit for him.</p>
<p>When looking for a sponsor in Mandura you need to make sure  a few things are in place before joining him or her&#8230;&#8230;</p>
<p>- Are they going to be available?</p>
<p>- If not, is someone else able to help?</p>
<p>- Will there be more than one way to reach them?</p>
<p>- Do they have any type of duplicatible system you can plug into quickly?</p>
<p>- Is there a proven training system?</p>
<p>If you are going to have any type of success in Mandura or any other network marketing company these are some of the things that must be in place. Not everyone who  signs up is going to be a recruiting superstar the moment they hit the submit application button. Your potential sponsor needs to have a system in place to train their team.</p>
<p>I would also look for a sponsor or team that had more than just one way to build the Mandura business. One size doesn&#8217;t fit all in network marketing.</p>

<p>Because Mandura uses the Aseptic Bottling Process  the juice can be flash pasteurized using state of the art cold-filled technology which eliminates the need to add preservatives.</p>
