It’s still too early to tell what the results of the Mandura compensation plan changes will be. What you can tell early on is that a couple of these changes are a definite improvement on the Mandura business opportunity and I will go over them in this post.

The re-allocating of personal sponsorship monies to the back-end of the generational pay bonuses will turn out to be good for every Mandura ibo whether they only build a small Mandura business or a very large one.

This Mandura compenstion plan change is a big plus because you are going to earn more on the very same Mandura ibo’s than before the compensation plan change.There will always be more distributors lower down in your organization then on your front line. Why not get paid more for playing a lesser part in the growth of your business right?

The second change to thee Mandura compensation plan I want to cover is the change they made for volume requirements. Mandura has made it easier to qualify to earn more money on nothing more than continuing to place the same monthly qualifying order.

A one bottle order now qualifies you for two levels of generational pay instead of just one. Eligible levels of generational volume for two bottle orders has also doubled. A two bottle order now qualifies you for four levels of generational pay instead of two.

This is a significant change and only time will tell if it affects Mandura’s monthly volume figures. Ibo’s will not need to purchase more product early in the building of their Mandura business to qualify for more generational pay which is good for the new ibo.

Mandura Compensation Plan gets a Facelift

The Mandura compensation plan recently had a few changes made to it. A couple of the changes will have an effect immediately and one change made will have a very good effect on serious Mandura business builders.

Mandura, as most new companies seem to do in this day and age of network marketing made a few changes to the compensation plan. I cannot call any of them a negative although one does have an immediate negative effect on ibo’s checks at the very beginning of building the Mandura business. Let’s start with the apparent negative change Mandura made to the compensation plan:

Reducing the payout by fifty percent on all personally enrolled ibo’s.

That sounds pretty bad right? Mandura was paying between 15-20% of each personally enrolled ibo’s monthly product order. Now it is half that amount. They also reduced the generational payout by half as well down four generations. Keep in mind this is at the very early stages of building your Mandura business so there will not be thousands of dollars lost.

What Mandura did to off-set this reduction was to increase the amount the compensation plan pays out on the remaining four generations where the bulk of your business will come from.

Yes, it hurts a little in the beginning but the trade off is you will make more as your Mandura business grows. There will be many more ibo’s in your 5th thru 8th generations so why not get paid more for building a solid business right?

A few more people may drop out due to this change in Mandura’s compensation plan but those who choose to move forward will be glad they did due to the increased residual income at the lower levels which are very reachable and not just for the super recruiter.

I like the change and I think many other serious Mandura business builders will as well. I will cover more changes in the compensation plan in another post.

Is Mandura the right company for you?

That is a good question to ask yourself before joining Mandura or any other company for that matter. The choice you make can go a long way in determining your future success. Let’s cover a couple things you need to know before considering joining Mandura.

First, Mandura is a start-up company. You must be prepared for glitches in start-up companies. They will happen due to unforeseen circumstances. Don’t become involved if you are the type of person who cannot accept a few curve balls being thrown into the mix in the early stages of the company.

As of the writing of this post Mandura has had no issues arise to this point. Good for them. This demonstrates the corporate leadership has prepared well for the launch of the company.

Don’t expect alot of marketing materials and systems to be available in the beginning. As with any other start-up company the marketing materials and systems available currently look nothing like they will in just a few short months from now.

What is available is very good, with Mandura just kicking off a company sponsored recruiting blitz and a new marketing system all within the last two weeks. Mandura is committed to having great tools and systems in place so you can build a successful business.

Joining a startup company can be risky. Be prepared but also keep in mind that every company was a startup company at one time. You must weigh the risk of getting started with a new company against the possibility of huge rewards due to positioning yourself in that company in the early stages.

Mandura’s compensation plan, timing, product, and management team are all huge positives when deciding if you should get involved with this new company. Nothing is guaranteed but Mandura is definitely headed in the right direction.

Promote your Mandura business to the right people

Promoting your Mandura business to the right people is crucial to your success in this business. Most people are part-time and have limited hours to build their Mandura business. Use those limited hours wisely.

Being a new company almost every promotional method will work to some degree. But the key to growing a long lasting Mandura business is to focus on getting your business in front of the right people from the start.

Who are the right people you should be focusing on?

Other network marketers. You have probably heard it before but repeating it again can only help. Network marketers already believe in the business model and understand how it works for the most part. They understand the power of residual wealth comes from building a large distribution channel of distributors.

Leading with how great or unique your product is really does very little in building a long lasting business. Leading with the product doesn’t answer the question for the network marketer-what’s in it for me?

Having a good product is important and Mandura’s product is a good one. But do you think people are going to line up to join your Mandura business because of all the potent nutrients in the Mandura product?

NO!

If you want to do well in your Mandura business don’t focus on targeting product users. A new functional health beverage is really nothing new in the network marketing industry.

But a new business opportunity is something to tell people about and bring attention to. There seems to be a new opportunity launching every other week so you will need to have methods available so you can stick out from the rest of the crowd in order to get the attention of other networkers.

You need to find a team that specializes in little used marketing methods that have been proven to work and not do what everybody else is doing to promote Mandura, or any other business for that matter.

So in wrapping it up, look for other network marketers and promote what’s most important to them – the compensation plan. It’s their ‘what’s in it for me’. You will have much better results in your Mandura business.

The Mandura opportunity is gaining many new distributors in just the first two months of business. The Mandura compensation plan has fueled this growth and gathered the bulk of attention online. Many new companies start out very promising only to crash and burn a short time later. How will Mandura keep from suffering the same fate?

Mandura definitely has the ear of the internet network marketing community. As I stated in the last paragraph the Mandura compensation plan has fueled that excitement due to the single lined forced matrix. Not only has this fueled Mandura’s growth but it will also help sustain that growth due to the team building power of this compensation model.

Mandura is currently operating only in the United States. That is soon to change. The CEO has stated Mandura is looking into setting up distribution channels in other countries. This will only lead to additional opportunities for your Mandura business due to the internet being a powerful tool to reach out to this global economy from the comfort of your own home.

Expanding into other countries also shows the company has a long term vision and is not willing to just sit back and enjoy the ride. Always moving forward. That’s a key sign in predicting a companies chances of success or failure.

Mandura compensation plan brining out reverse pitch “MLM experts”

You know the Mandura compensation plan is starting to make an impact around the online network marketing community when you start to see negative reviews by so called “mlm experts”.

These negative Mandura reviews are really nothing more than a recruiting pitch for their current mlm company. They all start out with the exact same reasons every other “mlm expert” uses. Stating them as fact and then finishing with why their company was better than mine and I should join with them.

I received one of these expert reviews a few days ago in my Mandura inbox. It was clear very quickly in this “review” that he took his talking points from another “expert”. I realize he needed some filler for his recruiting pitch in the review but I would think an expert would at least take the time to see if the points made were correct.

The points he makes in his Mandura review are partially correct. They contain some truth but do not apply to Mandura. It’s not completely his fault because their has been some misconceptions online about the Mandura compensation plan .

One of the incorrect points these reviews make that clearly illustrate they aren’t reading the compensation plan but just taking a single word and using it to justify their position. That word “is matrix”.

The Mandura single line forced matrix is just that. A single line and everyone is forced to go in that line after the last person who joined the company. There is no additional matrix to fill. The single line forced matrix helps you to qualify for the various bonus pools in Mandura, that’s it.

Every distributor actually is building a uni- level inside of the single line forced matrix and that’s the part of the plan they miss. There are many successful uni-levels in the industry today which nobody can dispute.

Is Mandura a perfect company? Of course not. No company is. But hopefully this will help to put an end to this misconception about the Mandura compensation plan.

Mandura Team or sponsor shopping-what to look for

I just got off the phone a little while ago with a potential Mandura business partner. During our discussion it became quite clear he had done his research on Mandura.

This is what you would call a serious prospect. He wasn’t asking what Mandura was,how the compensation plan worked,or any of the basic questions someone would ask if they had just stumbled across the site and were just curious.

These questions were more about what kind of training we offered, how were we marketing the Mandura business, specific Mandura compensation plan questions . He was clearly shopping for a sponsor in Mandura and wanted to find out if our team was going to be a good fit for him.

When looking for a sponsor in Mandura you need to make sure a few things are in place before joining him or her……

- Are they going to be available?

- If not, is someone else able to help?

- Will there be more than one way to reach them?

- Do they have any type of duplicatible system you can plug into quickly?

- Is there a proven training system?

If you are going to have any type of success in Mandura or any other network marketing company these are some of the things that must be in place. Not everyone who signs up is going to be a recruiting superstar the moment they hit the submit application button. Your potential sponsor needs to have a system in place to train their team.

I would also look for a sponsor or team that had more than just one way to build the Mandura business. One size doesn’t fit all in network marketing.

Monavie distributors are starting to take a serious look at Mandura

Mandura is starting to attract a lot of Monavie distributors to the company. Both products contain the well-known Acai berry but that’s not what is getting their attention. It’s the appeal of Mandura’s unique compensation plan and the low cost to get involved.

Don’t misunderstand me. I think Monavie is a very good company.They have last I heard almost 2 million members/distributors. They have also done this in a very short time as well. My hat is off to them.

I am not going to turn this into a “mine is better than yours” rant like you see many marketers do when trying to lure away distributors from other companies.Doing that serves no purpose in my opinion.

I am just commenting on my observations of what I see and give my opinion as to why I feel this is happening.

The straight line compensation model Mandura has in place is both unique and very effective in creating a buzz around the internet with networkers. People are drawn in to see what it’s all about.

I won’t go into an explanation of the Mandura compensation plan in this post. You can look on this site and find a detailed explanation of how it works.

The key thing to remember is that everyone that comes into Mandura after you,regardless of who sponsored them,falls into a position under you which directly contributes to your ability to access the different bonus pools. You can get paid on all this volume. I think many of the Monavie distributors looking at Mandura see this as a much easier plan to have some success in than theirs, which is a binary.

The low cost to get in and secure a spot is very appealing to those who may be enduring a much larger autoship in Monavie or any other company for months or even years and still seeing little or no profit. No cycling or balancing of legs is required in Mandura, along with the fact you start getting paid from the first person you bring into your business.

Low cost+ unique compensation plan. The two biggest reasons Monavie distributors and other networkers are coming in to have a look at Mandura.
