Mandura-Why I Joined
Today I want to talk about why I joined Mandura and this team in particular.Now, I’m not just someone who jumps in every hot opportunity or program that comes across my computer screen.I haven’t been involved with a company for over a year.
After sifting and sorting thru dozens of opportunities during this time I was able to find a company and team who had what I felt like were the key components in place.
The owner, Casey Yarbrough, was a proven leader in the industry.having built a huge organization of thousands of distributors he knew exactly the kind of company people would be looking for.He also surrounded himself with a first class management team as well.It’s vital that the field and management team work together.
The other two things that caught my attention were the compensation plan and the low cost entry points Mandura has put in place to get started in the business.Right now in this struggling economy,I feel this is exactly what the industry needs.
I know how it feels to get enrolled in a company after hearing all the promises of support and systems and then to be left all alone to figure it out on your own.I mean,that might be the most helpless feeling a distributor can have right?
I decided Before i became part of any team i had to know without a doubt that i could bring people in to a place where they would have a step by step system to follow,great internet marketing training,and a support system who would be there to answer there questions in a timely manner.I just wasn’t going to be part of anything that didn’t have these things already in place.
I do alot of researching before i get involved with something so i looked at numerous teams and what they had to offer.I can tell you without exception,that this team is head and shoulders above any of the others that i looked at.it’s incredible at how much information is available to team members and how simple it is to follow.If you want to stand out from the crowd on the internet,their internet marketing training is the training you need to have.Nobody,and i mean nobody makes these techniques available to their downline
