<p>The re-allocating of personal sponsorship monies to the back-end of the generational pay bonuses will turn out to be good for every Mandura ibo whether they only build a small Mandura business or a very large one.</p>
<p><span>This Mandura compenstion plan change is a big plus because you are going to  earn more on the very same Mandura ibo&#8217;s than before the compensation plan  change.There will always be more distributors lower down in your organization  then on your front line. Why not get paid more for playing a lesser part in the  growth of your business right? </span></p>
<p><span>The second change to thee Mandura compensation plan I want to cover is the  change they made for volume requirements. Mandura has made it easier to qualify  to earn more money on nothing more than continuing to place the same monthly  qualifying order. </span></p>
<p><span>A one bottle order now qualifies you for two levels of generational pay  instead of just one. Eligible levels of generational volume for two bottle  orders has also doubled. A two bottle order now qualifies you for four levels of  generational pay instead of two. </span></p>
<p><span>This is a significant change and only time will tell if it affects Mandura&#8217;s  monthly volume figures. Ibo&#8217;s will not need to purchase more product early in  the building of their Mandura business to qualify for more generational pay  which is good for the new ibo. </span></p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>The Mandura compensation plan recently had a few changes made to it. A couple of the changes will have an effect immediately and one change made will have a very good effect on serious Mandura business builders.</strong></p>

<p>Mandura, as most new companies seem to do in this day and age of network marketing made a few changes to the compensation plan. I cannot call any of them a negative although one does have an immediate negative effect on ibo&#8217;s checks at the very beginning of building the Mandura business. Let&#8217;s start with the apparent negative change Mandura made to the compensation plan:</p>
<p><strong>Reducing the payout by fifty percent on all personally enrolled ibo&#8217;s. </strong></p>
<p>That sounds pretty bad right? Mandura was paying between 15-20% of each personally enrolled ibo&#8217;s monthly product order. Now it is half that amount. They also reduced the generational payout by half as well down four generations. Keep in mind this is at the very early stages of building your Mandura business so there will not be thousands of dollars lost.</p>
<p>What Mandura did to off-set this reduction was to increase the amount the compensation plan pays out on the remaining four generations where the bulk of your business will come from.</p>
<p>Yes, it hurts a little in the beginning but the trade off is you will make more as your Mandura business grows. There will be many more ibo&#8217;s in your 5th thru 8th generations so why not get paid more for building a solid business right?</p>
<p>A few more people may drop out due to this change in Mandura&#8217;s compensation plan but those who choose to move forward will be glad they did due to the increased residual income at the lower levels which are very reachable and not just for the super recruiter.</p>
<p>I like the change and I think many other serious Mandura business builders will as well. I will cover more changes in the compensation plan in another post.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>You know the Mandura compensation plan is starting to make an impact around the online network marketing community when you start to see  negative reviews by  so called &#8220;mlm experts&#8221;.</strong></p>
<p>These negative Mandura reviews are really nothing more than a recruiting pitch for their current mlm company. They all start out with the exact same reasons every other &#8220;mlm expert&#8221;  uses. Stating them as fact and then finishing with why their company was better than mine and I should join with them.</p>
<p>I received one of these expert reviews a few days ago in my Mandura  inbox. It was clear very quickly in this &#8220;review&#8221; that he took his talking points from another &#8220;expert&#8221;. I realize he needed some filler for his recruiting pitch in the review but I would think an expert would at least take the time to see if the points made were correct.</p>
<p>The points he makes in his Mandura review are  partially correct. They contain some truth but do not apply to Mandura. It&#8217;s not completely his fault because their has been some misconceptions  online about the <a href="http://www.prlog.org/10318972-online-confusion-over-mandura-compensation-plan.html">Mandura compensation plan</a> .</p>
<p>One of the incorrect points  these reviews make   that clearly illustrate they aren&#8217;t reading the compensation plan but just taking a single word and using it to justify their position. That word &#8220;is matrix&#8221;.</p>
<p>The Mandura single line forced matrix is just that. A single line and everyone is forced to go in that line after the last person who joined the company. There is no additional matrix to fill. The single line forced matrix helps you to qualify for the various bonus pools in Mandura, that&#8217;s it.</p>
<p>Every distributor actually is building  a uni- level inside of the single line forced matrix and that&#8217;s the part of the plan they miss. There are many successful uni-levels in the industry today which nobody can dispute.</p>
<p>Is Mandura a perfect company? Of course not. No company is. But hopefully this will help to put an end to this misconception about the <a href="http://www.prlog.org/10318972-online-confusion-over-mandura-compensation-plan.html">Mandura compensation plan</a>.</p>

<p>The Mandura compensation plan pays its distributors  in seven different ways. The seven different ways are paid out thru retail, generational, bulk, team, group, and leader bonuses.</p>
<p>Many people enjoy retailing their products to friends and family.Retailing the  Mandura products pays out $5 &#8211; $20  on a one to four bottle order which also counts toward your monthly qualifying order.You can also order in bulk.</p>
<p>I really like that you  get paid on the very first person you bring into your Mandura business. No need to balance legs or volume. This bonus is called the first generational bonus. The bonuses are  5,10,20, and 40 dollars for a one bottle to a two case order. That&#8217;s  15-20% on all your personal enrollments every month they order. Much better than the traditional 5% per level compensation plans we see in most network marketing companies today. Bonus amounts are also paid down thru 8 generations of distributors in your group.</p>
<p>The team volume bonus is what&#8217;s creating all the talk in the internet based network marketing industry.Twenty percent of the total company revenue is divided into twenty separate 1% pools.There are volume requirements to access each pool but the thing that sets this compensation plan apart from the pack is the straight line forced matrix.</p>
<p>Every distributor that joins Mandura goes in a single straight line under the last person who joined. What this means is that every person who joins Mandura  after you helps you to qualify for each of the twenty pools.</p>
<p>You do have some  requirements you need to meet to get paid from these pools but many of those requirements in the early pools are easily attained thru building a small team.</p>
<p>Getting started in  Mandura is very affordable.As low as $30.It fits the budgets of all networkers.</p>
