It’s still too early to tell what the results of the Mandura compensation plan changes will be. What you can tell early on is that a couple of these changes are a definite improvement on the Mandura business opportunity and I will go over them in this post.


The re-allocating of personal sponsorship monies to the back-end of the generational pay bonuses will turn out to be good for every Mandura ibo whether they only build a small Mandura business or a very large one.

This Mandura compenstion plan change is a big plus because you are going to earn more on the very same Mandura ibo’s than before the compensation plan change.There will always be more distributors lower down in your organization then on your front line. Why not get paid more for playing a lesser part in the growth of your business right?

The second change to thee Mandura compensation plan I want to cover is the change they made for volume requirements. Mandura has made it easier to qualify to earn more money on nothing more than continuing to place the same monthly qualifying order.

A one bottle order now qualifies you for two levels of generational pay instead of just one. Eligible levels of generational volume for two bottle orders has also doubled. A two bottle order now qualifies you for four levels of generational pay instead of two.

This is a significant change and only time will tell if it affects Mandura’s monthly volume figures. Ibo’s will not need to purchase more product early in the building of their Mandura business to qualify for more generational pay which is good for the new ibo.
